We want you to be pleased with your purchase, and we understand that sometimes things just don’t work out. That’s why we offer a 30-day return/exchange policy/refund. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return non-custom-made items within 30 days of purchase for an exchange, credit, or refund.

Please note that custom items and handmade items are not returnable. Also, products that have been used or damaged may not be returned. All returns must include the original packaging, be in new, unused condition, and be carefully packed.

Product returns, if approved, must be received within 30 days. Please note custom handmade items such as Sauna, Cabin, Red-light Panel, and other custom-made items cannot be canceled once manufacturing has started.

Please be aware that all-natural items are one of a kind and will vary in size, weight, and shape. All customers accept that the images provided are the best representation of items and that there may be subtle differences in appearance and options. The images may not show all accessories or newly updated models.

Return shipping or postage is the responsibility of the returning party. The end user must return ship items unless it is an error on our part.

Customers can return items via UPS or other shipping modalities. We can arrange to have items picked up by our current carrier, but the carrier does charge a pickup fee. All shipping fees will be deducted from refunds upon return and receipt of the items in question.

Refunds are typically processed within 10-14 days of receipt of returns. Rebate checks or refunds will be issued to the original payment method or via PayPal in the best way possible. Please note that all returns are subject to inspection, and if items are returned damaged, we will suggest one submit a claim with their shipping company.

Shipping Policy:

We are thrilled that you’ve chosen to shop with us! We want to ensure you receive your order as soon as possible, so we strive to ship all in-stock products within one to two business days (order must be received before 2 PM P.S.T) through a reliable shipping partner like USPS or UPS.

Freight items are shipped via pallet and box truck, and individual orders are updated via email with shipping company information, tracking, and links to respective shipping company customer services. Please note lead times are posted on product pages for estimated lead times.

Please note that shipping is ground transport unless otherwise indicated, and shipping quotes are for the continuous 48 states. Orders received on holidays and weekends will ship the following business day. If you need your order faster, expedited shipping options are available for an additional fee.

We provide support via phone, email, and answering services, so we encourage you to contact us if you have any shipping-related requests or concerns. Our friendly customer service team can assist you via email and will respond to your tracking and shipment questions within 8 hours, M-F during business hours EST.

Please remember that shipping off the continental U.S. will require extra funding from the receiving party. We cannot be held responsible for delays due to holiday shipping traffic, weather, or other natural delays.

For custom-made or custom-ordered items, such as saunas, cabins, salt walls, float tanks, and other handmade items, please refer to your customer service professional for manufacturing lead times or concerns about lead times and manufacturing and shipping process. Please refer to the terms and conditions for custom-made items, as once manufacturing has begun, many can not be canceled or returned once shipped.

We offer free shipping on some items, but please note that it is not a guaranteed delivery service, and delivery times may vary. We suggest selecting our low-cost prioritized shipment option if you need your items faster.
