We recommend using your inhaler for about 20 minutes a day, There are a couple of things to keep in mind: this is dry salt therapy-do not add water (it's not a Neti Pot); and don't exhale into the inhaler.

Received my salt inhaler today. ..love it!тАжI became interested after trip to the beach this summer noticed how well I could breath and sleep after spending 2 hourтАЩs each day in the ocean. ..my wife didnтАЩt get in the ocean she only swam in the pool..and said she slept poor and the room smelled mustyтАжit was an older hotelтАжI was sleeping and breathing better than I had all year with no headaches. тАж.but when we returned home my headaches and poor sleep returnedтАж..so I started looking for a way to get the ocean experience at home and came across salt inhalers and your product.
