SpiritualQuest warrants the heater panels in every sauna we sell to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the sauna, subject to the conditions below.
Heater panels are the heart of every infrared sauna, and we have engineered ours to last. In fact, across more than a decade of installations, there has never been a single corroded or failed heater element of any kind in our Salt Cave or Salt Cabin saunas. We are so confident in their durability that we have extended lifetime coverage on these components.
This is a limited lifetime warranty. To remain in effect, the following conditions must be met:

When inspections are performed on schedule, your sauna is designed to deliver many years — typically decades — of reliable, enjoyable use.
SpiritualQuest offers a commercial version of the lifetime heater panel warranty for saunas installed in spas, gyms, wellness centers, hotels, clinics, short-term rentals, and other non-residential or shared-use settings.
For the commercial heater panel warranty to be in force, the following additional condition applies:
– The sauna must be installed by a qualified, licensed electrician in accordance with the unit’s electrical specifications and all applicable local codes. Proof of professional installation (invoice, permit, or signed installer certification) may be requested at the time of any warranty claim.
All other conditions of the lifetime heater panel warranty — including regular visual inspections and the original-location requirement — also apply to commercial installations. Please speak with your SpiritualQuest sales professional to add or confirm commercial warranty coverage for your unit.
The lifetime heater panel warranty (residential or commercial) is extended for the original installation location and to the original owner. Heater panels are precision components, and improper handling during a move can cause damage that is not visible from the outside.
All other electrical components in your SpiritualQuest sauna are covered by a two-year limited warranty from the date of original purchase. Covered components include:
During the two-year period, SpiritualQuest will repair or replace any covered component that fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship, at our discretion and at no charge to the original purchaser.
