Our outdoor two person salt lamp comes with Salt Bricks, Himalayan salt. Simply place them on the floor of the sauna . They will generate a soothing environment full of negative ions, which are exactly like the air one breathes in at the oceans edge. Taking in more oxygen centers oneself and allows for deeper relaxation. Healing is best when relaxed.
