2.Repair Process: In the event that your halogenerator requires repair, please contact us to initiate the repair process. Repairs will be executed promptly at our factory located in South Carolina. The returning party is responsible for the shipping costs incurred to return the item to our facility.

3.Documentation Requirement: To facilitate the repair process, please provide by email a detailed explanation of the issue encountered with the halogenerator. Additionally, a short video demonstrating the issue is required. This video must include the date of purchase or the order number associated with the halogenerator.

4.Exclusions: The lifetime warranty does not apply to halogenerators purchased through third-party sellers or on the secondary market. This warranty is exclusively applicable to products purchased directly from Spiritual Quest.

5.Limitations: Please note that our lifetime warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, neglect, accidents, or unauthorized modifications to the halogenerator.

6.Transferability: This lifetime warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the halogenerator.
